Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services
We offer comprehensive maintenance, repair and overhaul services to extend the life of your existing hydraulic machinery and presses. Our press repair and hydraulic repair work covers oil pressure analysis, pressure gauge control, hydraulic hose and pipeline renewal, and pump and valve overhaul.
In our hydraulic machinery overhaul projects, we carry out the modernization of Soltech PF50, PF80, PF90 and other brand presses, full prefill valve upgrades and hydraulic system optimization. You can review our reference work in the presses we maintain in our gallery.
CNC Machining and Mechanical Manufacturing
In our workshop, we perform precision part manufacturing with CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC machining center and lathe. With turning, milling, grinding and welding operations, we provide fast delivery in machine spare parts production. We manufacture flanges, beds, column shafts, frames and custom-dimension parts.
3D Design and Engineering
We provide 3D design support for new press projects and overhaul work. Hydraulic system calculations, valve selection, oil tank sizing and assembly planning are carried out by our engineering team. We minimize the risk of errors with digital prototyping before production.
Full Prefill Valve Installation and Service
